Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment Policies

Deposit & Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to confirm booking. Full payment is due at least 1 month before departure.

Payment for Full Amount: Travelers who choose to pay in full at the time of booking will still be subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards.

Late Payment Fees: Failure to pay in full may result in trip cancellation by due date.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds are based on the following schedule:

180+ days before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable $200 deposit.

120-179 days before departure: Refund of 50% of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable $200 deposit.

30-119 days before departure: Refund of 25% of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable $200 deposit.

Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel a trip for any reason, travelers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Non-Refundable Deposits: All initial deposits of $200 are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Travel Agreement & Liability Waiver
All travelers must sign a waiver releasing the company from liability for:

Injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during the trip.

Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, force majeure events).
4. Terms & Conditions

Travelers must adhere to local laws and customs of the destination.

The company acts as a booking agent and is not responsible for third-party service failures.

Code of conduct expectations will be enforced for all participants.
5. Insurance Policy

Travel Insurance Requirement: All travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering:

Trip cancellations or delays.

Medical emergencies and evacuations.
-
Lost or stolen baggage.
-

Travelers who decline insurance acknowledge financial responsibility for any unforeseen expenses.
6. Traveler Information & Consent Forms

Passport & Visa Submission: Travelers must provide valid passport and visa details 45 days before departure.

Medical & Emergency Contact Form: Each traveler must submit emergency contact information and disclose any relevant health conditions.

Health Waiver: Travelers may be required to comply with local health regulations, including Yellow Fever vaccination and/or COVID-19 protocols.
7. Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy

Disputes regarding trip services must be submitted in writing within 60 days of trip.

Chargeback disputes will be contested if they violate our payment and cancellation policies.

If a chargeback is filed without prior discussion, the traveler may be subject to a dispute resolution fee.
8. Data Privacy & Security Policy

Traveler data, including payment and personal details, will be securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent.

We comply with data protection regulations and safeguard sensitive information through encrypted transactions.
